Matt Derossi, Esq.
Mr. Derossi has been practicing law since 2009 after graduating from California Western School of Law in Downtown San Diego. During Law School, Mr. Derossi gained exposure to a wide range of legal fields through interning with the City Attorney’s Office in San Diego, the District Attorney’s Office in Torrance, the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Pro Bono Mediation Program in Los Angeles, and even a Plaintiff’s side Personal Injury Firm, ultimately choosing his passion, Representing Business in personal injury matters to ensure that businesses he represents are not the subject scams or overexaggerated claims.
Mr. Derossi has successfully tried multiple personal injury lawsuits to Jury and Court Trial Defense Verdicts, successfully drafted and argued multiple Motions for Summary Judgment, successfully drafted and argued oppositions to plaintiff claims in the Court of Appeal, and successfully settled meritorious claims for their objectively reasonable values.
In his free time, Mr. Derossi enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children’s soccer and basketball teams, and watching the Rams and Lakers.

Caleb Wilson, Esq.
Mr. Wilson has focused his legal career on Personal Injury Defense Litigation following his graduation from Loyola Law School following obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science at UC Santa Barbara. Mr. Wilson enjoys finding the needle in the haystack that supports his client’s defenses through his thorough analysis and assessment of a plaintiff’s claims and using it to obtain optimal results for his clients. During Law School, Mr. Wilson interned with the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Pro Bono Mediation Program in Los Angeles. In his free time, Mr. Wilson enjoys spending time with his family and pets and watching his hometown Denver Broncos.

Mr. Minassian has focused his legal career on Personal Injury Defense Litigation following his graduation from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, during which time he served as the founding member of the Armenian Law Students Association and Middle Eastern North African Legal Society. He is fluent in Armenian. Mr. Minassian prides himself on his ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure, and enjoys the mental challenge involved it taking Plaintiff’s depositions and arguing motions in Court. Prior to Law School, Mr. Minassian obtained 2 Bachelors Degrees in Business Economics and Humanities, graduating with Honors. In his free time, Mr. Minassian enjoys spending time with friends and family, and is an avid UFC fan.

Ms. Tulifau has experience in the criminal justice, worker’s compensation, and now personal injury defense fields. She finds Personal Injury Defense Litigation extremely interesting due to the unique nature of each case. Ms. Tulifau prides herself on her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to think on her feet. In her free time, Ms. Tulifau enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and playing pickle ball.

Ms. Menchaca is the firm’s paralegal, and is an invaluable member of the Derossi & Associates team, as in addition to serving as a paralegal, Ms. Menchaca oversees daily office operations, supports Derossi & Associates’ Attorneys, manages the firm’s calendar and deadlines, and ensures that Court imposed deadlines are efficient met. In her free time, Ms. Menchaca enjoys her precious time spent with her daughters and grandchildren.
